NZMPI provides medical malpractice and liability cover — indemnity insurance — for health practitioners in New Zealand, and has done so since 1990.
The organisation needed an online platform that let practitioners arrange and manage their cover, replacing an earlier payment process that was slow for members and staff alike.
A custom insurance platform and e-commerce system, website design and development, copywriting and graphic design, plus ongoing support covering security, account management and quick-response work.
What we created
We built an insurance platform that supports how NZMPI provides medical malpractice and liability cover to health practitioners, with an e-commerce system for arranging and paying for it.
The work moved the organisation away from an earlier payment process that was slow, and towards one that is simpler for both members and staff.
Our work with NZMPI also included copywriting, graphic design and printed materials, alongside ongoing security and account management support.
