Project overview
The Housesitting Company connects homeowners with background checked, vetted and insured house sitters.
The client wanted a website and systems that ensured no lead was lost. Every enquiry needed to be tracked to its source, and the administration involved in payments, shortlisting and vetting needed to reduce.
Website development, mobile app development, Google Ads campaigns, email newsletters, social media management, graphic design, copywriting and a custom automated system covering payment reminders, shortlisting, vetting support and high-volume email. We later completed a homepage refresh.
What we created
We built a website that records where each lead came from, so the client could see which channels were producing enquiries. A homepage refresh followed later as part of our continued support.
We built a system that handles recurring administration: reminding people about payments, shortlisting applicants, assisting with the vetting process and sending thousands of emails a month.
Alongside the website and system work, we provided Google Ads campaigns, email newsletters, social media management, graphic design, copywriting and design for logo and print collateral.

Multiple services involved — no single cause
